Rihanna SUES Accountants For Jacking Her For Millions + Chad & Evelyn Johnson's First Updates As A Married Couple

Rihanna's lawyers just filed a major lawsuit in Manhattan on Thursday. Find out the whopping allegations that say her accountants stuck her for her millions, plus more pics, video and details fro Chad & Evelyn Johnson's wedding in St. Marteen....

Back in 2009 while Rihanna was trotting around the globe on her Last Girl On Earth tour, she hired New York accounting firm Berdon LLP to handle her money business. And now, she says they swindled her out of millions and are still costing her a serious amount of cash because they caused her to be audited.

E! Online reports that in the court docs, Rihanna blames Berdon for not informing her that concert costs were becoming overwhelming--and she was never advised to pull back on the spending. Why? Because some type of way, the company allegedly made a way for them to receive 22% of her concert profits. So they wanted the tour, which grossed $40 million, to continue. And Rihanna, herself, only received 6%.

The "Birthday Cake" singer accused the company of becoming lazy with her tax paperwork from 2008-2010, which has now caused her to be audited by the IRS. She also accuses them of giving her bad advice, like purchasing that $6.9 mill home in L.A. that ended up being a money pit that she had to quickly sell.

"Despite having earned millions of dollars in revenues during Berdon's tenure Fenty learned that her net income after payment of expenses and exorbitant commissiones to defendant was a fraction of that amount," the suit states.

Ri Ri is suing for breach of contract and negligence. The upside? Her new accounting firm seems to be working out great since her profits are up by 40%.

In other news, Chad and Evelyn Johnson just posted their first pic as a married couple. And their 4th of July nuptials were anything but perfect.

NFL baller Chad took over wife Ev's Twitter account for a few days leading up to the wedding, so she appeared today, bathing suit clad, saying hello to her followers from her Mrs. Johnson post-wedding pool party in St. Maarten.

She also tweeted about the earthquakes and storms right before the nuptials:

This is Mrs. Johnson, not Chad for the first time in a few days... There was a REAL earthquake, thunderstorms, then a wedding. #PerfectDay

Chad posted a video that he snapped just minutes before walking down the aisle. Dude was mad nervous. Of course no pics or video of the actual ceremony. We'll have to wait til their "Ev & Ocho" show airs for that....

The unstoppable pop machine proved her mettle on Sunday night during the last of three shows in New Zealand when she was struck in the head with a pole and just kept on rocking.Videos of the incident <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dw9ob2mfUdk&feature=player_embedded" target="_blank">posted online</a> show a male backup dancer accidentally hitting Gaga in the head with a metal set piece while trying to take move it off the stage. Gaga, who bent down to pick up a prop machine gun during the performance of "Judas," staggered a bit and rubbed her head before briefly walking off the stage. But, a short time later, she was right back at it, performing 16 more songs before calling it a night.Later in the gig, she told the audience, "I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion. But don't you worry, I will finish this show." The singer's make-up artist, Tara Savelo, <a href="https://twitter.com/TaraSavelo/status/211820859176919040" target="_blank">tweeted</a> about the incident on Sunday, writing, "Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. Britney Spears Ignites Crowd In 'X Factor' Audio Leak

When "The X Factor" producers announced that they were adding Britney Spears to the judges' panel, experts and viewers wondered whether she would have what it takes to sit alongside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid to dole out advice to bright-eyed singers. But from the sounds of audio leaked to <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2012/05/24/britney-spears-x-factor-demi-lovato/">TMZ</a> from the first round of auditions, it seems that the audience thinks Spears will do just fine.After months of speculation, <a href="/news/articles/1684813/britney-spears-x-factor-judge.jhtml">Spears was officially added to the "X Factor"</a> judges' panel in May for a cool $15 million per season. While the show doesn't premiere until September, audio leaked Thursday (May 24) from auditions in Austin, Texas, give us a taste of what we'll be in for come fall. In the clip, Spears and fellow newbie Demi Lovato give differing critiques to a young male contestant."I think that you have a great voice and your tone was great," 19-year-old Lovato told the contestant. "But, I don't really know where you fit. I don't know what's going to set you apart from other musicians who are boys. So, I think you just have to find out what makes you special and what separates you from all the other teenage boys in this industry."Britney, on the other hand, had a some kinder words for the amateur singer. "I think you can be bigger than the next Justin Bieber," Spears said, eliciting a rambunctious response from the crowd."I feel like your runs are amazing," she added. On the big screen.According to <a href="http://www.deadline.com/2012/05/beyonce-colin-farrell-josh-hutcherson-amanda-seyfried-steven-tyler-lead-voice-cast-for-fox-animated-film-epic/" target="_blank">Deadline.com</a>, Beyoncé has been cast as Queen Tara in the upcoming 3-D, CGI-animated film "Epic," a 20th Century Fox film from the makers of the hits "Ice Age" and "Rio."The film reportedly tells the tale of a teenage girl transported to a secret universe, where she finds herself dropped square in the middle of a battle between the forces of good and evil. She joins forces with "a rag-tag team of fun and whimsical characters" to save the world. "Epic" is slated to hit theaters on May 24, 2013.It's the first confirmed role for Beyoncé since she took time off for maternity leave, though she's also slated to star in the Clint Eastwood-directed remake of "A Star Is Born."Starring alongside Bey in the movie are the likes of Colin Farrell, Amanda Seyfried, Aziz Ansari and a pair of her fellow musicians, Pitbull and Aerosmith frontman/"American Idol" judge Steven Tyler. Johnny Knoxville, Jason Sudeikis and Judah Friedlander round out the cast.Josh Hutcherson is also set to appear alongside Beyoncé in the film. And with anticipation high, the pop titan is giving her fans a small taste of the behind-the-scenes action it took to transition back to her stage show ways.In the first of a two-part video montage segment that was posted on the singer's <a href="http://www.beyonce.com/news/the-making-of-a-concert-part-1" target="_blank">website</a>, Queen B is seen working hard almost two months prior to the gigs on everything from choreography to show concept and vocal rehearsing.<div class="player-placeholder right" title="Beyoncé - "Love on Top"" id="vid:702484" width="415" height="255"></div>Despite admitting a few nerves and her inclusion in the pop-star-turned-mom club, Beyoncé remained adamant about her return to the stage, "I'm enjoying being a mother, so it's like going back to my old job. It's a little strange, but it's important that you don't lose yourself and have your own passions. I'm back to work. I'm back to business."It's the first of many candid moments in which the singer opens up and allows camera lenses to document the planning of the concerts. And by the looks of it, the chart-topper will be giving it her all. At one point, Beyoncé is seen sitting on the floor with her crew of dancers conceptualizing the event. "What I'm trying to say with the show ... yes, I had a baby, but it just made me more grounded," she says.In comparison to her intimate <a href="/news/articles/1669179/beyonce-roseland-ballroom-concert-new-york.jhtml">four-night affair</a> at New York's Roseland Ballroom in August 2011, the Revel shows are expected to be much more of a grand spectacle, with high-tech LED, intense choreography and video backdrops.Positivity goes a long way, as her choreographer Frank Gatson Jr. co-signs the singer's intent to create a stellar event. "I think this show has the potential to be one of the greatest shows we've done. Andy Griffith Dead At Age 86

Legendary actor Andy Griffith has died at age 86. Hollywood has lost yet another icon, sad. When you hear the name Andy Griffith you think of two things, in my opinion anyway, The Andy Griffith Show or Matlock. Today the infamous star of both of those shows has passed away. The 86-year old actor died this morning of natural causes. His death was reported by his long-time friend UNC President Bill Friday, who broke the news to a local news station in North Carolina. Griffith had an amazing career and his death will affect many, those who knew him personally and those who didn?t. Ever since he burst onto the TV screen playing the folksy top cop in show that bared his name, he has been impressing fans and Hollywood alike with his talent. Kelly Rowland has teamed up with Lil Wayne again hoping to recreate the magic of "Motivation." Her next offering is a sliver of “Ice,” the first single from her fourth solo album, due later this year. The track was written by Sean Garrett and Lil Wayne will appear on the full version.
