Modern Family Cast Strikes New Deal
The cast of Modern Family has finally reached a salary agreement and will resume production on the hit ABC show. Word on the street is the lawsuit has been dropped and things will soon be back to normal for the all those involved. As you may or may not have been aware Ed O?Neill, Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen, Sofia Vergara, Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson were looking to get a salary hike before the show started production on season four. Earlier this week things got pretty intense when the above named stars filed a lawsuit to void their original seven-year contract deal. If that wasn?t bad enough for a very short time the crew was even refusing to show up for a table read. The later however was resolved and in a good faith move, Ed, Julie, Ty, Sofia, Eric and Jesse did sit down at a table read on Thursday. Deadline is reporting that new deats of the deal reached included a salary increase for all plus syndication rights.
