The 28-year-old model is a Chanel brand ambassador and wore a custom made Chanel gown by Karl Lagerfeld.
The nuptials to James Cook were held at St. Paul?s Church in London.
Poppy had 17 bridesmaids, which included her sister Cara Delevingne who also looked radiant in a white dress.
