"Wildest Dreams" singer Brandy first rocked this edgy gold mini dress by London-based designer Ekaterina Kukhareva at the 2012 American Music Awards in November. The 34-year-old paired her dress, with a pleated one-shoulder sash overlay and macrame embellishment, with matching gold and black boots as she hit the red carpet. People were torn on whether they loved the look. But if she rocked it better than actress Salli Richardson is the question.
45-year-old Salli stepped out in the shimmering ensemble while hosting the 21st Pan African Film Festival on February 7th. And she paired her look with black sandals with a thick ankle strap.

Beyonce's making a special stop in New Orleans while she's jetting around on her world tour, The Mrs. Carter Show. Deets on her geting added to the 2013 Essence Music Festival lineup inside...
If you were wondering if Mrs. Carter was going to return to the Superdome during her world tour, well, she is. It was just announced that Bey will be hitting the stage at the Dome during 4th of July weekend as part of this year's EMF.
The special performance is not officially part of her world tour as these tickets must be purchased via Essence. She's headlining one of the not-yet-specified three nights (4th-7th).
Essence Communications President, Michelle Ebanks revealed about Bey's addition:
"We are incredibly excited to welcome Beyonce back to the 2013 ESSENCE Festival line-up. She is truly the ultimate ESSENCE woman. If you missed her tour de force in New Orleans, please join us this Fourth of July weekend so that you can experience it live for yourself at the ESSENCE Festival. American Idol alum Danny Gokey Welcomes Baby Boy
Former American Idol contestant Danny Gokey and his wife Leyicet Peralta have welcomed their first child.� The season eight, third place finalist, is now the father of a baby boy, Daniel Emanuel Gokey. Speaking to People, Gokey shared that his son was born on January 20.� “Leyicet and I are overjoyed to welcome the new member of our family. I’m ecstatic to be a first time dad and to have a new little buddy to hang out with.? “Thankfully, because of what I do, it will also allow me the flexibility to spend a lot of quality time with him.  album. Kanye and Kim are continuing their tour around Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, most recently they posed in front of Cristo Redentor (Christ the Redemer), the famous statue atop of Corcovado Mountain.
It's fitting that the couple would pose in front of the religious statue since their publicists made a point to leak that their unborn child was conceived near The Vatican.

The couple are likely in town to celebrate Rio Carnival which kicked off last night and continues until Monday night.
After taking a few snap shots on their cell phones, the couple descended the stairs under the watchful eye of their bodyguards.
They also visited the Mangueira Samba School...once Kim got done braiding her hair.
Kim revealed on Twitter that she's due to give birth in July, and that she and Kanye are off to Nigeria as their next stop on their world travels. Guess all those "pregnancy difficulties" are behind them....
