Ahhh…the life of the rich & famous! Our favorite couple Beyonce (with her extra long box braids) and Jay Z were spotted (for the first time since Kanye & Kim were married) hopping out of their private helicopter on Monday, as they returned to New York City from The Hamptons. Not sure if Blue Ivy was with her parents, but the owl backpack held by an assistant hints that Blue was likely with them over the Memorial Day weekend.

Although the power couple skipped out on Kanye & Kim’s lavish over-the-top Italian wedding in Florence, Mrs. Carter did congratulate Mr. & Mrs. West with a personal message, wishing them a lifetime of unconditional love and God’s blessing on their family.
Rather than fight the madness in Paris & Italy, Mr. & Mrs. Carter chose to bring in their Memorial Day with a quiet afternoon bike ride around The Hamptons:

After shocking us all with a surprise fake star studded movie trailer, former Beyoncé creative director and Grammy-winning music video director Melina Matsoukas has confirmed that Beyonce & Jay Z’s “RUN” trailer is not for a real movie but actually for their “Part II (On The Run)” video.
In an interview with ELLE, the prominent music director talked about longing to work with Jay Z for years and how the fake star-studded trailer came about.
Here are the highlights:
This "Run" video was straight-up epic. Take me through the process of how it came to life.
Obviously I’ve worked with Beyoncé quite a bit; I know Jay through the years. We’ve been trying to work together for a couple of his albums and it just never came to fruition. I’d been dying to work with him and I love working with her so it just felt like the perfect combination. With this song, it’s actually a music video — I know everyone’s calling it a trailer, which I guess it is as well. But it’s a music video for his song “Part II (On The Run).” I feel like in Jay’s career he doesn’t want to just do a normal music video. So we were trying to come up with a way to visualize the song that wasn’t something that we’ve seen before. So I came up with this whole movie trailer idea and it just kind of progressed from there. We were talking about trying to hide the fact that it was a music video and the idea was to release this trailer for this blockbuster that you’ll never see.It sounds like the idea was largely yours. How did Bey and Jay feel about it when initially pitched on it?
Beyoncé was definitely really excited. Jay was a bit skeptical but we were able to kind of force him into it. He’s always interested in doing something different so I think that part was exciting to him. I think he was hesitant about ‘Oh, now I have to be an actor.’ I was like 'If it works, great. If not, then we’ll cut around it and make it a more typical video.'When did you shoot this?
We were supposed to shoot in January, but he was on tour. We cancelled [that] shoot the day before because it was just too much. It came back up last month because the tour [together] was starting and they really wanted a visual for the song. I was excited because I loved the idea and wanted the chance to visualize it. We started shooting and all those cameos came last minute. Once we got one then we got everybody.
You’re being modest. You landed Sean Penn!
That was phenomenal. That was totally Jay. We were working on all these cameos and obviously there were a bunch of people on our list but some people I just thought would never do it. Jay put in a call for Sean Penn. It was the end of us shooting the first day. One of Jay’s creatives came up me and she’s like 'OK, we need to call Sean Penn now. He’s coming tomorrow.' And I’m 'What? OK.' So I’m driving back through the desert and my phone’s not working and it didn’t work that night and I wake up the next morning to a text from Sean Penn. So I talked to him about the project and what were thinking of doing with him. And he’s like 'I can be there at 3.' I’m like 'I kind of need you there in an hour.' And he went home and got dressed and came camera-ready. It was all improv so it was kind of perfect. [Jay and him] discussed where their characters were at that point in our faux-film. He came up with his own dialogue. That’s actually one of my favorite scenes.
I take it Bey and Jay were pleased with how it turned out?
They loved it. Once I sent the edit out they were sending me all kinds of emails of encouragement. They went crazy for it. So I was really excited in the end. It was all worth it. It was definitely a challenging ride.
Let’s just put this to rest: so we’re definitely not getting a full-length feature film from this project?
It’s coming never! Sorry guys! Unless Beyoncé and Jay Z decide to change that.

Waka Flocka is reportedly off the market. The rapper's mom, Debra Antney confirmed to RumorFix that Waka married his fiancee, "LAHH ATL" star Tammy Rivera. Although Debra supports the union, she really wanted to be there! “This is real Love & Hip Hop....“I was selfish. I wanted to be a part of it... but “they got a marriage license about two weeks ago without me knowing it.”
She added, "He said that he was going to marry her and he did it on his terms. It was very cute to me...“I’m happy. He’s very responsible.” Deb says the couple plans to have a service and party at a later date.

<P>There are several women's names currently being tossed around as potential judges for the upcoming season of "X Factor." Avril Lavigne, <a href="/news/articles/1679730/x-factor-new-judges-hosts.jhtml">Janet Jackson and Britney Spears</a> are the leading rumored contenders to replace <a href="/news/articles/1678191/paula-abdul-exits-x-factor.jhtml">Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul</a> for the show's completely revamped second season, which kicks off later this year. </P><P> </P><P>In a recent press call, Simon Cowell would not confirm who producers were talking to, but he did not deny that Jackson was on the table. </P><P> </P><P>"You can probably count on two girls," fellow judge L.A. Reid added. "That we can confirm." </P><P> </P><P>Cowell recently addressed the Britney buzz on Billy Bush's <a href="http://www.accesshollywood.com/billy-bush/simon-cowell-x-factor-would-be-a-walk-in-the-park-for-britney-spears_articletab_61327" target="_blank">radio show</a>, continuing to play coy about the chatter. "Well, I'm fascinated by her. The fact that she's still one of the most talked-about — not just pop stars, but people — in the world today means that you've got this star power. This girl's got resilience, and the fact that she's survived this and she's still hot, she's still having hit records and she's still controversial ... there's a reason for that. </P><P> </P><P>"I would think that if she's managed to sustain a family, a career, which is tough, this is a walk in the park," he added, noting that he believes she would be a good judge. </P><P> </P><P>While Cowell seems to be dancing around the issue, British "X Factor" judge Louis Walsh may have let the cat out of the bag in an <a href="http://www.breatheheavy.com/2012/02/uk-x-factor-judge-confirms-talks-with-britney/?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed" target="_blank">interview</a> on U.K. talk show "Craig Doyle Live." He shared that Spears was indeed talking to producers about possibly joining the show. </P><P> </P><P>"I know he is talking to Britney. I know he's definitely talking to Britney to do the American show. Absolutely true and maybe Janet Jackson," he said. </P><P> </P><P>In the end, Cowell summed up the current spate of rumors on that conference call. "There's a load of speculation, some true, some not true. It's true to say that a lot more people have entered the frame this year. We were waiting to see who was going to contact us before we actually contacted people," he said last week. "We're in that place right now, which is a good place to be in. We will meet a number of people over the next few weeks, mainly to explain to them that this is a big commitment when you do a show like this because of the mentoring aspect."</p>

Rita Ora & Adidas Team for New Collection
Adding to her already jam-packed schedule, Rita Ora has designed a new range of goodies for Adidas and it?s going to be amazing.
The ?How We Do? singer told WWD that her latest project finds her as the first female artist to help design a line for Adidas, though she?s not sure where she found the time.
Rita began, ?I don?t own a second of my life, so much so that my mom is scheduling in dinners. It?s been insane.?
?I?m a massive fan of the brand. I grew up working at a sneaker store when I was 16 and am a huge sneakerhead. It?s so cool that I?m able to do this with a brand that I sold when I was younger.?
?I?ve been around Adidas for so long growing up and actually have one of my best friends working there. I used to hang out in the Adidas offices in L.A. for lunch when I?d visit her and in the past two years got to know everyone there.?
And it sounds like things are working out quite well. Adidas Originals design director Josefine Aberg noted, ?Rita is, first of all, an amazing person and colorful and outgoing. She has a great way of mixing fashion and streetwear and has a big love for the brand, and it was obvious that we needed to work with her.?
To prepare for the gig, Rita had to do her homework. ?I studied all of their shoes and their archives from the past 50 years. Before I started, I wanted to meet the team that was going to do it with me. So I did a performance at their Christmas party and met everyone. I was there for four hours going through a mood board, seeing what they have, what they don?t have and bouncing back and forth with ideas. From there on, literally we?d meet every two weeks for a five-hour meeting.?
The Adidas Originals x Rita Ora collection will be comprised of five different capsules, slated to release August 21st, September 4th and November 1st.

Britney Spears Offered $10 Million To Join 'X Factor'

<P>Simon Cowell has hinted that he wants to reload the judges panel on "X Factor" with two new women and according to reports, he's close to landing a superstar who might make the second season of his talent contest much more interesting. </P><P> </P><P>While names including Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey have been bandied about as possible replacements for <a href="/news/articles/1678191/paula-abdul-exits-x-factor.jhtml">Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul,</a>
 the buzz has continued to focus on <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/spears_britney/artist.jhtml">Britney Spears</a>. According to <a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/britney-spears-x-factor-judge-jason-trawick-297730" target="_blank"><i>The Hollywood Reporter,</i></a> Spears' fiancé/agent, Jason Trawick, is on the verge of closing a deal as early as next week. </P><P> </P><P><center><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:698603/cp~id%3D1672066%26vid%3D698603%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A698603%26instance%3Dmtv" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="." flashVars=""></embed></center> </P><P> </P><P>Cowell has played it coy with the Spears rumors over the past several weeks, telling reporters in a conference call that "there's going to be a lot of twists and turns over the next few weeks and a lot of things we're going to announce." As a result, he blew up the judging panel, keeping just music executive L.A. Reid by his side and canning host Steve Jones. </P><P> </P><P>If Spears dos take the gig, which <a href="http://www.deadline.com/2012/03/britney-spears-x-factor-10-million-simon-cowell-fox/" target="_blank">Deadline Hollywood</a> reported could come with a $10 million payday, she will join her fellow Mickey Mouse Clubhouse mate Christina Aguilera in the hot seat of a major reality singing show. After a few rough professional and personal years, Aguilera has gone a long way toward reclaiming her A-list status thanks to the success of her performance on "The Voice." </P><P> </P><P>Cowell reportedly reached out personally to Spears to get the conversation rolling and he's been talking her up lately, saying in that same conference call, "are we flattered there would be interest from Britney Spears? Yes." In a later interview, he said he was "fascinated" with Spears and praised her resilience after a rough period during which she endured some very public personal struggles. </P><P> </P><P>Jackson's name was in the hopper until recently, when she revealed that, while flattered by the offer, the TV gig just would not jibe with the <a href="/news/articles/1680297/x-factor-janet-jackson.jhtml">professional commitments</a>
 already on her calendar this year.</p>

COUPLEDOM: Ludacris & Eudoxiee Hit 1Oak + Sherri Shepherd's Ex Husband Calls Her A HORRIBLE Mother, Gunning For Full Custody Of Jeffrey
Sherri Shepherd is getting the business from both ends. Not only is her soon-to-be ex husband Sal trying to take their unborn baby, but her ex-husband Jeff Tarpley is now gunning for full custody of their son Jeffery!

Ludacris & Eudoxiee seem to be still on track in their relationship, despite Luda's 'break baby' and the rumors that he and his girlfriend were actually never on a break.
The twosome live in Miami together in addition to their home in ATL. But last night, they hit the streets in L.A. after hitting 1Oak:

Poor Sherri. She's having a bad week, while her boss Barbara Walters is having the best week ever. The news leaked that she filed for divorce from her current husband Lamar Sally (he also filed for separation), and he's now gunning for full custody of their unborn baby. And today, it's being revealed that her EX husband is gunning for full custody of their son Jeffery.
Why does it seem everybody's trying to take Sherri's kids from her? Well, if you listen to ex Jeffery Tarpley, it's because she's a "horrible mother" who is neglecting their 9-year-old boy. Daddy Jeff says his son is only reading on a second grade level, doesn't know how to tie his shoes, and can barely write.
Sherri has spoken many times about their son having developmental delays due to being born several months premature, so it's unclear if that has an effect on Jeffrey's situation, or if Daddy Jeff is taking that into consideration.
According to TMZ's report:
Jeffrey Tarpley -- Sherri's ex-husband -- filed an emergency request in April to modify the couple's current custody arrangement ... specifically, Tarpley wants full physical custody of their son, Jeffrey Jr.
Tarpley claims Sherri's non-stop work schedule -- "The View," "The Newlywed Game," various TV acting roles, book tours, films -- has caused her to neglect their son completely.
Jeffrey claims Sherri regularly leaves their son with "unskilled nannies" ... as a result, he's falling way behind in school, suffers from low self-esteem, and has to use Velcro shoes because he can't tie laces.
It doesn't end there ... Jeffrey says Sherri also hasn't taught their son how to properly care for himself, so hygiene has become an issue.
Jeffrey says he desperately wants to help, but his hands are tied because he lives in California and Sherri lives with their son in Jersey. He says he has no time during his short visits to undo all of Sherri's bad parenting ... so he wants Jeffrey Jr. with him full time.
Jeffery filed the emergency order BEFORE Sal and Sherri filed for divorce and separation, by the way.
Sherri's response? She called him an absentee dad who doesn't deserve any part of their son's life.
While the emergency request got denied, the two will head to court in July to continue to duke it out.
