She's been struggling with her dependency on drugs for quite some time. and last night (December 2) Brooke Mueller was taken into custody by Aspen, Colorado police on suspicion of felony cocaine possession.
While details of the arrest are still unclear, reports say the ex of Charlie Sheen was booked on misdemeanor 3rd degree assault in addition to the possession of cocaine charge.
Mueller made her $11,000 bail early this morning and has since been released from the Pitkin County Jail, where she was being held.
When asked if they were shocked by Brooke's latest legal trouble, a friend of the 34-year-old told RadarOnline, "This arrest is no surprise to anyone. Not her friends and not her family. Brooke's an addict. She's not serious about getting sober or getting help. If her kids aren't enough of a motivation than what is?"
